About Us

DG Home Solutions Ltd is an Appointed Representative of TMG Network, TMG Mortgage Network is a trading style of TMG Direct Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Firm Reference No: 786245 and registered with the Data Protection Act 1998 Registration No: ZA178200.

DG Home Solutions Ltd will be entered on the Financial Services Register once authorised.

Our Services

We provide support and guidance in relation to:

• Residential mortgages
• Buy-to-let mortgages
• Remortgages
• Protection and insurance products

We will assess your needs and recommend suitable products based on your personal circumstances.

Our Role

We are a credit broker and not a lender.

We have access to a wide range of lenders and products.

Once we understand your needs, we will recommend a suitable mortgage or product.

You are not obliged to accept our recommendation.

Fees

We usually charge a fee between £199 and £799 for mortgage services.

The exact fee will depend on your individual circumstances and will be confirmed before you proceed.

Commission

We may receive commission from lenders and product providers.

This will not affect the amount you pay and will be disclosed where applicable.

Referrals to Third Parties

We may introduce you to third-party providers such as:

• Solicitors
• Surveyors
• Insurance providers
• Specialist finance providers

We may receive a referral fee for these introductions

DG Home Solutions Ltd is not responsible for the services provided by third parties.

You are under no obligation to use any services we introduce.

Not all services we offer are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Review all documentation carefully

Failure to provide accurate information may affect your application.
